The Parish of the Pines is a film by Lisa & Alethia Stendal producer/directors of the acclaimed

Latin American success "La Montaña".

After more than a decade, the sister duo bring us their second full feature release, shot in a wide range of spectacular locations over the time span of several years, including the states of Minnesota, Alaska, Montana and Indiana. 

This time, a film for the English speaking world. 

The first sky pilot 

The inspirational true story of Frank Higgins, an uneducated and unassuming boy, who against extraordinary odds would become the first Lumberjack Sky Pilot and take the Gospel to over 30,000 of the roughest men in the world logging in Minnesota's hostile and remote Northwoods at the turn of the century.
